We are looking for Junior Customer Care Executives who will offer excellent customer service to the customers.

Designation: Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing complete information about Clothing product to the customer.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Handle complicated and unresolved issues with empathy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the best possible way.
• Establish standards for best customer support practices.
• Managing query from social media channel

Requirements

• Bangla Typing skills
• Must-have knowledge about Fashion Industry
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Has to be self-motivated, productive with a reliable working attitude.

Experience: No Experience Needed

Education: Graduation in discipline

Working Days & Hours: 6 days in a week 9-5 pm

Job Nature: Full-time

Salary: BDT 12,000/-

Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
