Refund and Return policy

In case of any problem this is our policy- 🔴Return Policy:

(1) ড্রেস অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন দেখে নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

 ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীন প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে, ডেলিভারী ম্যানকে টাকা দিতে হবে।

Return the product if it's faulty. But must check the product in front of delivery man.We won't accept any complaints after delivery man is gone

♦️ ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ঢাকার ভিতর- ৮০ টাকা ঢাকার বাইরে - ১5০ টাকা

🔴 Exchange Policy:

(1)Exchange fee- 50/- (Per product) Customer has to pay the delivery charge and exchange fee if there's no fault from our side.

(2) No exchange is acceptable with other dress. Only size exchange is acceptable for the same dress.

(3) If you want exchange must be let us know within 2 working days. এক্সচেঞ্জের সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে নিচের জিনিস গুলো অবশ্যই সঠিক ভাবে বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে- ১। প্রোডাক্ট ২। প্রোডাক্টের সাথে প্রদানকৃত বক্স/প্যাকেজিং সামগ্রী ৩। বিল/ইনভয়েস। 🚫Rules are made to be strictly maintained🚫
